Returns: After receiving your order, you have 14 days to try out the product. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product without giving reasons. Please note that the product must be in new condition. For more information about our returns policy, please consult our right of withdrawal page. If you need personal assistance, you can always contact us.

Delivery return to sender: In the event that a package is delivered to the door or delivered to a post office, there will be costs associated with delivery by Maycens. If the package is not accepted or not collected at the post office, it will be automatically returned to the supplier. In that case, we reserve the right to withhold €15 from the amount you will be refunded.
